Collusion, use of automated betting tools, abuse of platform errors, and money laundering are strictly prohibited. xp777 reserves the right to immediately close accounts engaged in prohibited conduct and withhold associated funds.

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

Users in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited must not register or use xp777.
2.3 xp777 does not accept registrations from users located in jurisdictions where the provision or use of online gambling services is prohibited by applicable law. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are not located in a Prohibited Jurisdiction and that your use of the platform does not violate any applicable laws or regulations.
2.4 Employees, directors, officers, and immediate family members of xp777 and its affiliated entities are not permitted to register or maintain accounts on the xp777 platform.
3.1 Each individual may register and hold only one (1) xp777 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.
3.2 You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address. You are obligated to keep this information current throughout the lifetime of your account.
3.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your xp777 account credentials, including your username and password. xp777 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.
3.4 Account registration is personal to you. You may not sell, transfer, or otherwise dispose of your xp777 account or any interest therein to any third party.
4.1 xp777 is required to verify the identity of account holders in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering and know-your-customer standards. You agree to provide identity documentation when requested, including but not limited to a copy of your Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) or valid passport.
4.2 Failure to complete identity verification when requested will result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality on your account. xp777 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing until satisfactory documentation is received and reviewed.
4.3 xp777 may conduct identity verification through third-party service providers. You authorise xp777 to share your personal information with such providers for verification purposes, consistent with the xp777 Privacy Policy.
5.1 All xp777 account balances are maintained in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits and withdrawals are processed through the payment methods listed in the xp777 cashier section, which include JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, USDT TRC20, Skrill, Neteller, and Visa/Mastercard.
5.2 You may only deposit funds from payment accounts and instruments registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — deposits originating from a payment method belonging to another person — are prohibited and will result in account suspension and return of funds.
5.3 Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal thresholds are published in the xp777 cashier. These thresholds are subject to change without prior notice.
5.4 Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, or to an account confirmed as belonging to you through the KYC process. xp777 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
5.5 xp777 processes withdrawal requests within the timeframes published in the cashier section. Processing times vary by payment method. xp777 shall not be liable for delays attributable to third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
6.1 xp777 may offer bonuses, free bets, and promotional incentives to account holders from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that are published with each promotion. In the event of any conflict between general Terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
6.2 Wagering requirements must be satisfied in full before bonus-derived balances may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds, and time limits applicable to each bonus are set out in the promotion terms.
6.3 xp777 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time, without prior notice, where it reasonably suspects abuse of the promotion, breach of these Terms, or fraudulent activity.
6.4 Bonus funds may not be transferred between accounts. Bonus balances do not attract interest and have no cash value prior to fulfilment of applicable wagering requirements.
7.1 All bets and game rounds placed on xp777 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the product category in which they are placed. Sports betting, live casino, slots, and esports betting each operate under separate product rules published in the relevant section of the xp777 platform.
7.2 Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by xp777, it is binding. xp777 will not cancel or amend accepted bets except in circumstances where cancellation is explicitly permitted under the applicable product rules — for example, where a sporting event is abandoned or where a manifest error has occurred.
7.3 xp777 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds or terms that were made available as a result of a technical error, software malfunction, or human error ("manifest error"). In such cases, xp777 will refund the stake to the relevant account.
7.4 All live casino game outcomes are determined by physical game events conducted by live dealers in real time. Slot and RNG-based game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator software. xp777 does not manipulate game outcomes.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the xp777 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of funds at xp777's sole discretion:
9.1 All content on the xp777 platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game designs, audio, and video, is the intellectual property of xp777 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the xp777 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any xp777 content without prior written authorisation.
10.1 xp777 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, xp777 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
10.2 xp777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the xp777 platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of anticipated winnings, or business interruption.
10.3 xp777's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total funds deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
11.1 xp777 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to suspect breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, prohibited conduct, or regulatory non-compliance.
11.2 Where an account is terminated due to breach of these Terms, any funds associated with the breaching activity may be forfeited. xp777 will provide written notification of such forfeiture where legally required.
11.3 You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting xp777 support. Upon closure, any remaining verified balance will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of applicable KYC requirements.
12.1 xp777 is committed to responsible gaming. Every xp777 account includes deposit limits, loss limits, session time controls, and voluntary self-exclusion tools. These controls are accessible at all times in your account settings.

14.1 xp777 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be notified to account holders via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the amendments take effect, where practicable.
14.2 Your continued use of the xp777 platform following notification of amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.
15.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which xp777 is licensed and incorporated, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

15.3 Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal procedure within thirty (30) days, it shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognised arbitration body in the governing jurisdiction. The language of arbitration shall be English.
